Final academic project carried out in a research laboratory, involving database design and Perl script development to process and automatically import biological data.
Context
CBMN, the Centre de Biophysique moléculaire numérique, is a public research laboratory involved in biological and molecular research projects.
This experience was carried out as part of my final year project during my IT Bachelor degree.
The project was part of the Walloon research program RAIDGBS.
The objective was to design and implement a data processing system used to collect and store biological research data.
